Since opening our doors in Aurora, Colorado in 2008, Honey Bee Asian Bistro has quickly become a neighborhood favorite. With the addition of a sushi bar in 2023, we have grown into Honey Bee Asian Bistro & Sushi.

The honey bee symbolizes our mission perfectly: just as a bee works tirelessly to create something sweet for its community, we are dedicated to bringing joy through delightful food and hospitality. From our handmade dumplings to our carefully crafted sauces, every dish is made from scratch with love. We believe that food is a wonderful way to connect with others and create harmony.

Meet Cindy and Helen

We are excited for you to get to know Cindy and Helen, the heart and soul of Honey Bee. Cindy is the culinary mastermind behind our kitchen, crafting dishes with care and skill. Meanwhile, Helen is the friendly face greeting you at the door, ensuring your experience is always warm and welcoming. Co-owners and best friends for nearly 20 years, they are a dynamic duo, embodying the spirit of inspiring women entrepreneurs.

Both Cindy and Helen are immigrants from China who faced many challenges when they first arrived in the USA. Through resilience and hard work, they have raised a fine second generation and a bright third generation, and are contributing members of the community that welcomed them.

Say Hello to Felix

Felix is the talented sushi chef at our new sushi bar. With over 20 years of experience, including work at prestigious places like Nobu Los Angeles and Nozawa Bar in Beverly Hills, Felix combines his passion for Japanese cuisine with a true artist’s touch, creating sushi that is as beautiful as it is delicious.
